Do I need to be an existing member?
Yes — both apps are built specifically for Bewdley Bootcamp members and designed around the way we train and eat.
How do I log in after subscribing?
Just enter your email on the login screen and we'll send you a magic link — no password needed. Click the link and you're straight in. Same email works for both apps.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time and access continues until the end of that billing period. No questions, no hassle.
How does the 1RM calculator work?
Every time you log a lift, Track uses your weight and reps to estimate your one-rep max automatically. Your profile then shows working weights from 60% to 100% in 5% increments based on that number.
What is the Class Builder tool?
It's a coaching feature. Before a session, the coach selects which members are booked in, picks an exercise and a target percentage, and instantly sees the exact working weight for every person in that class.
When are new recipes added?
Five new main meal recipes appear in the app every month automatically. No updates needed — just open the app and they're there.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Workout data and preferences are stored securely via Supabase. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.
